After clicking "Submit Form" you will be sent a welcome email and a Google Form page where you will be asked to login to your Gmail account. This is a project questionnaire that will give us a lot more detail and guidance on your project. This is not mandatory. There will be the opportunity to upload to us any photos, videos, plans, and even a link to your Pinterest board for inspiration!

If you do not have a gmail account, you may use the login of HuskyQuestionnaire@gmail.com and password Husky009! to access the form.

We maintain the upmost privacy and confidentiality with all client information and while this account is open to use for this form, it is monitored, purged, and protected by Husky and we do not allow sharing of any uploaded information.

If you are not particularly tech savvy or are unsure how to use a Google Form, for whatever reason, you may always call us and we will walk through it for/with you!
